What you will understand

DarkBeacon App is the companion application for supported DarkBeacon gaming devices. It brings device setup, profile editing, advanced input, lighting, online content, assistance, and support journeys into one place.

This overview applies to the DarkBeacon App. The pages and controls you see depend on the installed App version, signed-in account, region, connected model, firmware, connection mode, and service availability.

Core explanation

Use the three main knowledge areas in this order:

  1. Getting Started explains requirements, installation, first launch, application settings, and the difference between preview, device save, and cloud sync.
  2. Features follows the App's user-facing modules: Devices, Store, Community, Smart Assistant, Assets, User Center, Desktop Pet, Account and Subscription, Frequently Asked Questions, and Contact and Support.
  3. Troubleshooting starts with low-risk checks, then covers detection, reset, update, and recovery paths.

The App can manage multiple kinds of content, but a visible page is not a promise that every connected device supports every control. Device-specific articles always take precedence over a general module overview.
